About

No. 17 is a Tourism NI approved cottage creating a comfortable base for your holiday or business stay.

Downstairs, the cottage consists of a cosy living room complete with dining area and an open fire, a well-equipped kitchen and a large shower room. Upstairs are two restful bedrooms, one a double the other with twin beds. On-street parking is available immediately outside the door.

The cottage is ideal for an overnight stay and also for a longer sojourn. Perfect for families, friends and couples alike, the cottage is designed to ensure that your experience is enjoyable. This quaint cottage is ideally located for trips to Hillsborough Castle, Game of Thrones® filming locations and the city of Belfast including the SSE Arena and Titanic Belfast.

Enjoy breakfast in one of the many delightful coffee shops before exploring the village and strolling up the hill to Hillsborough Castle, steeped in social and political history and home to the Royal Family when visiting Northern Ireland.

When you have exhausted all that Hillsborough has to offer, No. 17 is a perfect base for exploring Northern Ireland with all its major attractions in easy reach. Lisburn is within 10 minutes' drive while Belfast is within 15 minutes. Guests can travel by car or by bus as regular bus services are available just steps from the cottage.

The popular wedding venues of Montalto Estate and Larchfield Estate are both within easy reach. Further afield, the Game of Thrones® filming locations are a must see while the National Trust properties: The Argory, Ardress House and Mount Stewart cannot be missed and are all within 1 hours drive. Belfast City Airport is within 25 minutes while Belfast International is 40 minutes away. Dublin is within 2 hours' drive.

Please note that this is a listed property. Floors are uneven and there is some exposed stone. This is part of the charm of the property we hope you will appreciate. Pets permitted upon request.
