No 27 is on the 4th floor with a lovely view overlooking the 25 acres of Wallace park which is ideal for families. With a state-of-the-art children's play area, picnic tables and a wide variety of tree-lined walkways, there is plenty to occupy everyone.

Just a 5 min stroll takes you to the city centre, likewise the same to the railway station where frequent trains run to the Belfast.
