200g self-raising flour
1 tbsp caster sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 free range eggs
1 tbsp milk chocolate buttons
Sieve flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl.
In a separate jug mix egg with milk well.
Now add a little oil to a pan and gently heat until medium hot.
Add the wet mix to the dry and whisk until smooth.
Drop a ladleful of pancake mix into the pan and cook until wholes form on the top of the pancakes.
Now sprinkle a few of chocolate buttons on top and then turn pancakes over cook until brown.
Repeat this process until all pancake mix is used.
