About

You will be guaranteed a warm welcome at Hinch Brasserie where you can relax in the sumptuous surroundings of our restaurant and bar. Meet for lunch or dinner with friends, family or work colleagues or simply enjoy a drink from the bar of Hinch Irish Whiskey, Ninth Wave Irish Gin or wines from Château De La Ligne, owned by the distillery’s founder, Dr. Terry Cross O.B.E.

Our menu showcases what is best about County Down. With care and passion, we source the finest meats, poultry and seasonal fruit & vegetables from our local farmers, as well as seafood direct to our door from local fisheries.

The mission at Hinch Brasserie is quite simple, to present you with the best of freshly prepared local food created by our expert team. We are here to make your visit as perfect as it can be in a relaxed setting with the stunning backdrop of our three copper pot stills.

The restaurant seats parties of all sizes, open 7 days a week. The indoor dining area offers seating for a casual meal, while the outdoor heated seating is suitable for alfresco dining when the weather in County Down can be acceptably pleasant.

Hinch Brasserie can satisfy diners with a fabulous menu and also an extensive drinks list which includes creative and classic cocktails, a selection of local craft beers, superb wines and of course our very own Irish whiskey and gin.

We look forward to welcoming you to Hinch Distillery where the super friendly front of house team will be waiting to look after your every request.
