Staff at Forestside are committed to helping you in any way they can and always with a smile. Their Helping Hands team are dedicated customer services staff and will assist with directions, Forestside Mobility requests, tourist information and even help you select that special purchase. Centre management, housekeepers, security, Helping Hands staff and, of course, all of their shop staff, are there to make your visit to Forestside a special one.

Anchored by Sainsburys, Marks & Spencer and Dunnes Stores, the centre is fully let with many other tenants including Next, H&M, Boots and Warehouse. The centre has over 1,200 free parking spaces, disabled and parent and toddler facilities and Forestside mobility service also available.
