The 10th-anniversary festival will also feature an exciting line-up of family-friendly and food-themed events.
Prepare to be inspired as we host a series of talks from the region's top chefs and food personalities. This year, the demos will be expertly compéred by Chef Noel McMeel, with featured chefs including Chris McGowan of Wine and Brine in Moira and Stevie Higginson from The Square Bistro in Lisburn and Stephen Jeffers of Forestside Cookery School.
Expect plenty of opportunity for audience participation and, of course, to taste some of the finest food creations from our amazing chefs.
In the expert tent there will be talks on the farmer story on regenerative farming, biodiversity in farming and also how to get started on growing your own food using the no dig method. Finally, if you are interested in starting beekeeping or would like to learn more, then keep an eye out for the beekeepers talk.

Step into the Speciality Food Hall and prepare to be amazed by the incredible talent and dedication of Northern Ireland's finest food producers. This is your chance to meet the passionate individuals behind award-winning products and delicious, innovative creations.
The Speciality Food Hall will showcase a diverse array of high-quality artisan and local produce, ranging from sustainably farmed meats and heritage breeds to seasonal vegetables, handmade baked goods, cheeses, charcuterie, preserves, and unique drinks, all crafted with passion by Northern Ireland's top producers
