We invite you to join Dearbhla Reynolds, creator of The Cultured Club at our 'Learn To' workshops morning at Larchfield Estate. During the 2 hour workshop, Dearbhla will guide and encourage you in exploring the magic of fermentation in this season of abundance. Fermenting might not be part of our historic culinary tradition but it is a wonderful way to store the autumn harvest of vegetables. It is tasty, nutritious and a habit worth taking up.

- There will be a maximum of 20 participants at this workshop

Dearbhla Reynolds is an expert in the art of creating and making fermented and cultured foods ardently believing that food is medicine. She is at forefront of its current revival and has made a name for herself throughout Ireland, appearing at prestigious festivals. It was a natural evolution for Dearbhla Reynolds to step into the role of a fermentation revivalist, heavily influenced by her pharmacist father and her home economics teacher mother.
