About

The property is set in mature gardens with an old style courtyard for guests to relax with outdoor seating in the warmer weather.
We offer a great range of modern accommodation but with a traditional vintage style. There is also a garden hot tub and sauna house for guest use.
Made to order home cooked breakfasts with an extensive menu and Continental Buffet selection is available (see website).

We also offer reduced room only rates. We provide a variety of facilities that we hope you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, with tea and coffee facilities and TVs in all bedrooms.
Guests have their own private entrance at the side of the house, and some rooms direct room access for parking just outside. This enables you to come and go at any time of the day or night, without any access concerns.

A large range of baby facilities including baby listening, high chairs and travel cots are available free of charge. Secure off road parking and a large area at rear for special parking, e.g. trailers, motorhomes, lorries and large vans. Garage available on request.

Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in all rooms. Relax in the private resident's lounge with comfy leather sofas, chairs, DVDs books and board games. Why not ask to have the fire lit. This room also makes for a suitable meeting room.
There is also a large garden with jungle gym tree house, climbing frame, swings, slide, soil-mud pit, playhouse etc.

We have 8 rooms and a self-catering apartment sleeping a further 6 people, total of 32 bed spaces, great for groups. The Garden Room is a disabled access room also pet friendly. Pets on prior request only.

The Store house is where breakfast is served but this is a purpose built facility for private parties functions and seminars etc.
All rooms are furnished to a high standard with a mix of modern and antique finishes.
