The Hillsborough Honey Fair is back and bigger than ever! Discover over 50 high quality local producers and food vendors with a wide range of local produce, including honey.
Set against the historic and picturesque backdrop of Hillsborough Castle and Gardens, sample delicious local food and drink whilst relaxing to live music in the 100 acre gardens. For the inquisitive there will be a host of bee and honey related activities to keep you busy all day, including talks from our resident Hillsborough beekeeper, garden tours, cooking demonstrations and foraging walks. Families will also have plenty to enjoy, from storytelling to bee-inspired waggle dancing!
