About

Commencing at midday, the Twelfth Demonstration in Dromara promises to be a vibrant and memorable day of tradition and celebration. This year, the assembly field will be located on the Banbridge Road, while the Demonstration Field will be on the Rathfriland Road, directly facing Dromara Football Club.

The demonstration field will be alive with activity, including children’s entertainment, highland dancers from Finnis and a selection of food and ice cream stalls. Visitors can also browse stalls offering children’s toys, memorabilia and items from a charming artisan village.

In the lead-up to the Twelfth, several exciting events are planned. To mark the 80th anniversary of VE Day, a military memorabilia exhibition will be held in Dromara Orange Hall on the 13th and 14th of June.

This year’s Twelfth in Dromara is set to be a fantastic celebration of heritage, culture, and community spirit.
