Following record-breaking EHOD crowds of 7,000 in 2024 and more than 7,200 in 2025 despite wet weather, the Ulster Aviation Society has become one of the largest attractions at EHOD. For EHOD 2026, visitors can get up close to — and into the cockpits of — many historic aircraft, helicopters, engines and artefacts, explore multiple display rooms, and enjoy state-of-the-art flight simulator and VR suites. Expert, knowledgeable volunteers share the stories behind the machines, the people and the preservation work that keeps this aviation heritage collection alive.
