We would like to invite you to stay is a one bedroomed apartment 2 miles from the remarkable village of Royal Hillsborough. Set in 4 acres and surrounded by the rolling drumlins of County Down you will enjoy a peaceful stay in accommodation that is clean, warm and convenient.

There are no hidden extras so WiFi, parking, bed linen, central heating, towels, breakfast, tea, coffee and biscuits are provided free. We provide a modern ensuite, combi oven, toaster, fridge, TV, digital radio, Chromecast, iron, hair dryer, books and tourist information to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is so much to see in Northern Ireland and you can get to most places in “this wee country” in an hour – we are 5 minutes from the M1 and A1.

We have received visitors from all over the world and have extremely high ratings on Airbnb and Booking.com. We offer a double bed and there is a sofa bed so 3 people can be accommodated comfortably. There is outdoor seating with a BBQ and fire pit. All stays can be contactless.

We believe that we offer the best value accommodation in Royal Hillsborough and hope that you will come and find out for yourselves.
