A Choral Christmas At Hillsborough Castle

The Square, Hillsborough, County Down, BT26 6AG
Image shows Cappella Caeciliana, one of Northern Ireland’s most original choirs

About

This year, Historic Royal Palaces are delighted to welcome back the incredible vocal talents of Cappella Caeciliana, one of Northern Ireland’s most original choirs, in the sumptuous Throne Room at Hillsborough Castle.

There are surely few things that create a more festive feeling than choral singing in a castle at Christmas time. With a specially created programme of festive readings, poetry and choral music, they’ll be sure to get you into the spirit of the season.

During the interval, enjoy a glass of bubbly or non-alcoholic alternative in the castle’s elegant state rooms.

Historic Royal Palaces' expert hosts will be on-hand to share the rich, inspiring, and often surprising history and stories of this working royal residence.
