About

Hilden Brewery is Ireland's Oldest Independent Brewery.  We have been running for over 40 years and in the last seven have added a second brew house, a bottling line and a canning line.  This allows Hilden to control every aspect of product control and quality from the mash tun to your hand.  We now have the flexibility to brew batches of craft beer from 1000 to 7000L. Each recipe is unique and I am sure you will find a beer to suit your tastes from pale lager style beers to stouts, traditional red ales and the ever-popular IPA, Double-IPA and everything in between. Fancy a Belfast Blonde or a Headless Dog? You know where to come!

The original brewhouse is located in the courtyard of Hilden house in converted Georgian Stables. Adjacent to the brewhouse is The Stables coffee shop which serves up delicious tea, coffees, tray bakes and lunches. It also caters for private parties, conferencing, weddings and runs fabulous events throughout the year including the monthly Tap Rooms and Boozy Brunches.

Hilden Brewery is relaunching its Brewery Tours post covid.  We are excited to welcome folk back to the brewery.  Brewery tours will be available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 12.00pm. They will include a 45 minute brewery tour incorporating both brew houses, lunch of traditional Irish Stew (vegan stew available) and a flight of beers for £20.

This will soon be available on the Hilden Brewery website but in the meantime email info@hildenbrewery.co.uk to book your slot.
