The 5km stroll takes you on a mindful, guided walk through lush landscape, as well as the picturesque grounds of Royal Hillsborough village — recently issued with the prefix “Royal” in recognition that Hillsborough Castle is the official seat of the British royal family when they stay in Northern Ireland.
Learn all about the beer-brewing history of this village. At the end of your walk, you’ll arrive at an 18th century Inn which serves the country’s only “Royal” beer. Sample four delicious Irish beers together with some wonderful, paired tapas.
