Larchfield Estate, Bailliesmills Road, Lisburn, County Antrim, BT27 6XJ
Gather & Ground An Autumn Equinox Sound Healing Retreat at Larchfield Estate

About

As the light gently shifts and the season turns inward, you are warmly invited to an evening of stillness, sound, and seasonal connection.

Nestled in the beautiful countryside of Lisburn, just 20 minutes from Belfast, Larchfield Estate is a private, historic venue set across 600 acres of peaceful forest, woodland, and picturesque riverbanks.
Steeped in history dating back to the 1600s, the estate offers a truly exclusive and serene environment — surrounded by nature yet thoughtfully restored to provide comfort and calm.

Join Tessa Ann from The Sound Healing Spa in this tranquil setting for a restorative Autumn Equinox gathering. This 3.5-hour experience offers space to gently gather your energy, ground your body, and reconnect with your inner rhythm through the power of sound.

Through sound immersion and the subtle presence of the land around us, you'll be invited into a state of deep rest — guided by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.

Together, we will honour the balance of the Equinox — the meeting point between light and dark — creating space for reflection, release, and rest.

Herbal teas will be served, with time to journal, integrate, or simply be in the stillness of the space. After the session, guests are welcome to enjoy a few quiet moments in the estate's gardens to gently ground before travelling home.

Your ticket includes an exclusive Sound Healing Spa Goody Bag — a special sound healing gift to support your self-care beyond the evening.

This experience is organised and delivered by Tessa Ann of The Sound Healing Spa, an Embrace a Giant Spirit Experience Provider, and is part of a growing network of meaningful, place-based wellbeing experiences in Northern Ireland.

While you're here at Larchfield take advantage of the opportunity to explore the grounds and gardens.

Please note: This experience is suitable for visitors aged 16 and above.
