Looking for some ideas this weekend? Look no further! With walks, attractions and events - Lisburn Castlereagh is full of fun for the whole family.
The Lagan Valley Tow Path provides an excellent walk full of wildlife and wonder all the way to Belfast! The route is 11 miles long with soft surfaced paths away from busy roads. Additionally, Lagan Valley Island is now home to a new 'Made in Lisburn Castlereagh' Coffee Dock, serving a selection of locally produced and sourced products. It's open at the weekends from 10am to 2pm!
On the 29th & 30th September 2018, thousands of dogs will compete for titles at Ireland's largest dog show and CRUFTS qualifier, the Belfast Championship Dog Show. This dog show is an exciting way to meet other dog owners, to socialise your pet and test his/her abilities should you choose to enter. It also represents a great opportunity to get up-to-date information on caring and training for dogs.
Set in fully landscaped surroundings, players must plot their way round the fun and exciting challenges of each hole and enjoy specifically designed special effects, which are unique to Pirates Adventure Golf. Afterwards, why not head out to Eastpoint, which offers restaurants such as Wolfes, Blue Chicago Grill and Sugar Rays. It's the perfect venue for a fun family day out, group outing or corporate event with a range of exciting activities for adults and children!
Jersey Street Grill excellently recreates the American diner experience right in the heart of Lisburn. With menu items ranging from tex-mex to the southern inspired BBQ pulled pork. Perfect for a bite to eat after a swim at the Leisureplex, some bowling or a movie. Also, in the same area, are Beef & Bird, Bodenes and Costa Coffee for a more casual hot drink.
