Here's what you can expect on the day as part of the event: 

Access to our mini-Valentine's Garden for a good sniff of the flowers

A ‘forever’ rose toy for every dog (worth £6) 

Paw-print keepsake picture, perfect for framing (worth £5) 

Digital photo in front of our Valentine's themed backdrop taken by our friendly team (worth £5) 

A Valentine's trail around our store allowing your dog to take part in our sniff-ari  

A free hot drink and puppuccino in our dog friendly restaurant with the purchase of a sliced cake or breakfast roll* (worth £3)

What is a sniff-ari? We caught up with Dog's Trust to learn all about it  

In a nutshell, a sniff-ari is a walk where your dog is permitted – and encouraged – to explore his environment with his nose. It’s an on-lead exploration 

You let your dog set the pace and the direction. We encourage you to allow them to explore their environment and what interests them. We’ve then dropped our scented baskets for your pooch to follow and our Valentine's heart balloons for the humans to follow along the way!

Builds confidence 

Uses their natural abilities to make sense of their world through scent

For this event, we are delighted to be working with Dogs Trust! We love dogs and want to make a better future for them, and their owners, everywhere 

Dogs Trust is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK who believe all dogs deserve to live life to the full. Every year, Dogs Trust care for over 14,000 dogs – from rehoming to rehabilitation. The charity also helps owners with training and behaviour support and your support makes it paw-sible to keep families and communities together. Dogs and children must remain under the care and supervision of an adult for the event duration. 

Our events are likely to be located outside so please dress accordingly.

The photo received will be a digital photo, you will be given a QR code during your visit to take away, simply scan the code and your photo will be available to download online. 

Advance booking recommended but some walk in tickets may be available on the day.   

Please book one ticket per dog. Adults and children do not require a ticket. 

If you require more tickets than what is available in a single time slot, you can book back to back time slots and attend at the same time.

The event will last approx. 10 minutes in our Valentines garden with the opportunity for a sniff-ari around our store which will last approx. 20 minutes. And don’t forget to visit our dog friendly restaurant for a treat.

Please make your way to the customer service desk on arrival and present your booking reference / ticket to a store colleague who will than direct you to the event.  

Dogs and children must remain under the care and supervision of an adult for the event duration.

Please make sure your dog is fit and healthy to attend and up-to-date on all recommended vaccinations.
