About

✨ Voices a-Glowing, Brass a-Blowing ✨

Lisburn is set to sparkle this Christmas as Lisburn Harmony Ladies Choir, under the direction of Kirsty Orr, joins forces with the outstanding Downshire Brass for a truly special festive celebration.

Lisburn Harmony, known for their rich upper-voice sound, vibrant stage presence and heart-filled community spirit, will blend their shimmering harmonies with the thrilling power of championship brass. Downshire Brass, led by Professor Michael Alcorn, are one of Northern Ireland’s leading brass bands, with an impressive international pedigree including appearances at the European Brass Band Championships in Stavanger, Freiburg and Birmingham.

Together, these two award-winning ensembles will present a joyful programme of traditional carols, festive favourites, big band sparkle and powerful seasonal classics — combining glowing voices and glorious brass in a concert full of warmth, celebration and Christmas magic.

Expect uplifting moments, dazzling sound, and that unmistakable Lisburn Harmony energy — all wrapped up in the rich brilliance of championship brass.

Join us for an unforgettable night of festive music as voices glow and brass blows this Christmas.
