About

Step into The Sound Spa for safe and restorative sound experiences.

Explore your limitless potential through our sound-based wellness, self-discovery and destination experiences.

Join Tessa Ann and the team from The Sound Spa as they deliver a range of sound-based wellness expereinces, gong baths and workshops. Indulge in relaxation, ease stresses and anxiety and lift your mood with 1 -1 tailored sessions or refreshing group sessions.

The name 'sound bath' can be a little misleading as you don't get wet, you are simply 'bathed' in the wonderful sounds.

The Sound Spa Sound Bath experiences combine Tessa Ann's carefully curated soundscape with instrumental sound associated with healing such as gongs, bowls, voice and other instruments to promote therapeutic and wellbeing benefits.

Tessa Ann has worked in the sound and music industry for 27 years. She now combines her love of sound with her passion for wellbeing and complementary therapies to practice as a sound therapist through her original business concept The Sound Healing Spa.

Monthly Sound Bath experiences and events take place in the The Sound Spa Studio, Temple, Lisburn.  As well as other beautiful settings across Nothern Ireland including Strangford Lough, the Mournes, Navan Fort and Fermanagh Lakes.

The Sound Spa's innovative and more high tech experiences take place at Sonic Lab, Sonic Arts Research Centre, Queen's University Belfast and Armagh Obervatory & Planetarium Dome.

Sessions are suitable for individuals, couples families and groups.
