About

Step into The Sound Spa for safe and restorative sound experiences. Discover your limitless potential through sound-based wellness, self-discovery, and destination experiences.

Join Tessa Ann and the team at The Sound Spa as they deliver a range of sound-based wellness experiences, including gong baths, sound baths, and workshops. Indulge in deep relaxation, ease stress and anxiety, and elevate your mood through bespoke or bookable sessions tailored to your needs.

The term “sound bath” can be a little misleading, as there is no water involved. Instead, you are immersed in a soothing wave of sound.

The Sound Spa’s sound bath experiences combine Tessa Ann’s carefully curated soundscapes with the therapeutic vibrations of instruments such as gongs, bowls, voice, and other sonic tools. These sessions are designed to promote relaxation, restoration, and overall well-being.

With almost three decades of experience in the sound and music industry, Tessa Ann blends her expertise in sound-based well-being with a passion for creating experiences in iconic locations across Northern Ireland. She now develops and delivers innovative sound-based tourism experiences, bringing together wellness, creativity, and a strong sense of place.

Monthly sound bath experiences and events are held at The Sound Spa Studio beside WWT Castle Espie, Comber, just a five-minute walk from the shores of Strangford Lough, as well as in unique locations across Northern Ireland, including Mount Stewart, Finnebrogue Woods, Templemore Baths Belfast, and the Marble Arch Caves in Fermanagh.

The Sound Spa also offers cutting-edge, high-tech experiences within the immersive Planetarium Dome at Armagh Observatory and Planetarium, including the Sound Journey Under the Stars experience.

Sessions are suitable for individuals, couples, families, and groups, creating opportunities for relaxation, connection, and reflection. The Sound Spa also caters to the wider tourism market, offering bespoke experiences for corporate events, incentive travel, and discerning travellers.

For MICE and luxury experience enquiries, please contact Tessa at info@thesoundhealingspa.com.
